تُعلن منظمة لَهُن لشؤون المرأة والتعليم عن حاجتها للتعاقد مع مدرب/ة ذو خبرة وكفاءة عالية، لتقديم تدريب متخصص في المواضيع التالية:


-كتابة وتصميم المشاريع


-التخطيط الاستراتيجي للمشاريع


-إدارة الميزانية والتخطيط المالي للمشاريع



المؤهلات المطلوبة:

تُعلن منظمة لَهُن لشؤون المرأة والتعليم عن حاجتها للتعاقد مع مدرب/ة محترف/ـة لتقديم تدريب متخصص يهدف إلى تطوير مهارات فريق العمل في البحث، التحليل، وكتابة التقارير، وذلك ضمن جهود المنظمة في تعزيز جودة المحتوى والبيانات المستخدمة في برامجها.

Projects and Initiatives Related to “Protection Programs”
  • "Take a Breath and Think About It" This is a series of short video episodes that targeted the Iraqi community from north to south to highlight women's rights and the negative stereotypes that society has created towards women in Iraq. The initiative aimed to correct misconceptions about women.
  • "Girls Safer Online" Initiative" This is a workshop for girls in Mosul focusing on the dangers of cyberbullying and how to protect their accounts from hacking.


Projects and Initiatives Related to “Protection Programs”

Projects and Initiatives Related to “Education Programs”
  • Butterflies Podcast: This is a 12-episode podcast aimed at empowering girls with reproductive and mental health knowledge. Each episode features a guest speaker, such as a doctor, educational counselor, or social worker, to discuss adolescent girls' reproductive and sexual health, as well as mental health. The content is presented in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
  • WOMEN UP: This is a live radio program broadcast on Mosul Hona Radio station in Mosul. The program targeted the community in Nineveh Governorate, addressing the most pressing challenges and issues faced by women in this diverse society. It also featured prominent figures working in the field of women's rights.
  • Production of 12 video episodes: These videos focused on key provisions of Iraqi law related to women's rights.
  • TEEN UP Initiative: This initiative consists of a series of short videos targeting adolescents of both genders, as well as parents. The videos discuss modern parenting techniques and effective ways to interact with teenagers.

ضمن مشروع التمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وتحسين سبل العيش للنساء في شمال العراق، أقامت منظمة لهن الاجتماع التحضيري للمجموعة الاولى من المستفيدات ضمن هذا المشروع بمشاركة ممثلين عن منظمة ASB و ٢٥ امرأة من النساء ذوات الدخل المحدود والنساء اللواتي ليس لديهن معيل بالاضافة الى خمسة من رائدات الاعمال المتوسطة والصغيرة في مدينة الموصل ليتم تدريب النساء المستفيدات على المهن المختارة وتمكينهن في سوق العمل.

هذا المشروع يتم تنفيذه  من قبل منظمة لهن لشؤون المرأة والتعليم بالشراكة مع منظمة ASB الالمانية وبتمويل من مؤسسة ADH.


As part of the Socio- economic Empowerment and  Improvement Livelihood  for Women in Northern Iraq project,  LAHUN organization held a kick off meeting for the first group of beneficiaries. The meeting was attended by representatives from ASB, 25 low-income women and women without a breadwinner, and five small and medium-sized businesswomen SME's in Mosul. The aim of the meeting was to train the beneficiary women in their chosen professions and empower them in the labor market.

This project is being implemented by the LAHUN Organization for Women's Affairs and Education in partnership with the German ASB organization and funded by the ADH Foundation

ضمن مشروع التمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وتحسين سبل العيش للنساء في شمال العراق، جانب من تدريبات النساء في التدريب المهني #التسويق حيث تقوم منظمة لهن وبالتعاون مع مديرية العمل والشؤون الاجتماعيةفي نينوى #MOLSA بتدريب 25 من النساء من ذوات الدخل المحدود والنساء اللواتي ليس لديهن معيل داخل مدينة الموصل, تدريبهن على ريادة الاعمال بالتزامن مع تدريبات مهنية لمدة 3 اشهر ليتم بعدها منحهن تمويل لتستطيع بذلك هذه النساء من افتتاح مشاريعهن الخاصة واعالة عوائلهن.

هذا المشروع يتم تنفيذه  من قبل منظمة لهن لشؤون المرأة والتعليم بالشراكة مع منظمة ASB الالمانية وبتمويل من مؤسسة ADH.

As part of the Socio- economic Empowerment and Improvement Livelihood for Women in Northern Iraq project for women in northern Iraq, a part of the women's training in #Marketing vocational training is shown in the pictures. The organization "Lahun" in cooperation with the Directorate of Labor and Social Affairs in Nineveh #MOLSA, is training 25 women with limited income and women who have no breadwinner within the city of Mosul, training them on entrepreneurship in conjunction with vocational training for a period of 3 months, after which they will be granted funding so that these women can open their own projects and support their families.after which they will be granted funding so that these women can open their own businesses and support their families.

This project is being implemented by the "Lahun" Organization for Women and Education in partnership with the German ASB organization and with funding from the ADH Foundation.
